Surveillance turns suspicion into fact. Pro-Tail™ is our covert field surveillance service: licensed investigators follow the claim into the real world and come back with clear, time-stamped video of what the subject actually does all day.
We work workers’ comp, liability, disability and long-term claims where the stated restrictions and the actual daily activity do not match. A claimant on total disability loading a truck, carrying groceries up a flight of stairs, or working a shift nobody was told about: we document it cleanly, lawfully, and in a format that holds up when it counts.
Some addresses beat a parked investigator before the first day. A house at the end of a half-mile drive, a dead-end road, a farm where a strange car draws a knock on the window inside twenty minutes. We deploy covert remote cameras on those files. The camera holds the location for days at a stretch while we watch it from elsewhere, which builds a pattern on a claimant who leaves the house twice a week and tells us which days are worth putting an investigator on. Placement is lawful: public vantage points, private property with the owner’s permission, nothing aimed where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. No audio is recorded.
